WHO WE ARE
LEAD Outreach Initiative, formerly known as Students Crossing Borders, is a non-profit organization that seeks to empower youth living in underserved communities to improve their quality of life through equitable opportunities to access healthcare, education, and community development programming.
We are committed to serving Jamaica's most vulnerable persons by connecting and harnessing community resources, volunteers, and sponsors.

We believe in empowering youth leaders to become agents of positive change in their communities.
By fostering better leadership and communication skills through hands on mentorship and the train-the-trainer approach, we hope to encourage youth in taking initiative to support community development through passing on knowledge, resources, and support.
